Already in the second grade of my HTL I started programming in Basic on the Sharp Pocket Computer 1403. The memory of the device often served as a cheat sheet during tests. Statics programs developed by me not only helped me and my classmates during tests, but also gave me many a free snack.

The PC 1403 is still in use today - albeit sporadically.

My way into the CAD world began with a vacation job. In the HTL there were no CAD lessons yet, but I had borrowed the AutoCAD manual of the architecture office over the weekend. After 2 days of self-study, I started drawing at the CAD station on Monday.

Café Traxlmayr in Linz was the place of my first sales meeting. At this meeting I sold a Compaq CAD workstation, an office PC and an HP plotter. I have fond memories of this successful meeting and I am glad that I could successfully serve this customer for many years.

We started as CAD-Systeme Traun and later developed into a total IT solution provider under the name 4SYSTEMS. We support companies with partly several thousand workstations and served many customers for decades.

With Fujitsu we installed the first ESXi server worldwide at Walter Mauser GmbH. ESXi represented a small revolution at that time, the operating system was loaded from an OnBoard chip.

Asterisk opensource systems offer easy integration of existing CRM systems, in addition PC systems integrate easily and the telephone costs for employees working abroad are reduced by a high 2 digit % amount thanks to Fixed Mobile Convergence.
