From Individual AI User to Productive Team: My Third AssCompact LiveTV Series
Many companies have long since tried out ChatGPT. Some employees use the tool regularly, while others are still just getting started. What’s often missing is a common framework: clear guidelines, reusable templates, and a way of working that doesn’t rely solely on individual power users.
That’s exactly what my third LiveTV series, in collaboration with AssCompact, is all about. Following two previous series, the fall 2026 series will focus on AI onboarding for companies and their employees —from a secure start to digital broker assistants.
Implementing AI is more than just purchasing licenses
A ChatGPT license alone won’t transform a business. Productive use of AI only happens when employees know how to use the tool, understand its limitations, and know how to verify results. This requires clear responsibilities, practical standards, and a shared learning process.
Without these foundations, isolated initiatives spring up: Everyone works differently, experiences are rarely shared, and valuable knowledge remains hidden in personal chat histories. That’s why the new AssCompact LiveTV series shows, step by step, how initial experiments can evolve into a robust way of working for the entire company.
For beginners and experienced users
This series is aimed at insurance brokerage firms, executives, team leaders, back-office staff, and anyone who wants to make effective use of ChatGPT in their day-to-day work.
Beginners are provided with a solid and easy-to-understand introduction. Advanced users learn how to translate their existing experience into standards, templates, and processes. Executives receive guidance on roles, responsibilities, empowerment, and quality assurance. This makes the series a must-read for beginners and advanced users alike—not as a superficial tool update, but as a concrete guide for implementing AI in the workplace.

Practical Section 5: The Digital Broker Assistant – Integrating ChatGPT into Processes, Quality, and Back-Office Operations
The final module focuses on robust workflows for customer communication, damage assessment, consultation documentation, quote preparation, quality control, and internal task management.
Live, practical, and immediately applicable
All five episodes will be broadcast as AssCompact LiveTV and produced at the AssCompact TV studio in Vienna. Participants can watch the series online and submit questions via the chat feature.
The modules are self-contained and, according to AssCompact, can be booked individually. Those who complete the entire series will gain a comprehensive understanding of the process, from getting started on a personal level to establishing a common AI standard within the company. For the complete series, AssCompact credits a total of 7.5 independent IDD continuing education hours in Module 2, as well as 7.5 hours of specialized knowledge for financial service providers to deepen their understanding.
The next level of maturity is organizational
The key question is no longer whether ChatGPT can draft texts or summarize documents. What matters is whether companies can use it to develop a secure, transparent, and collaborative way of working. Only then will this interesting tool become a true asset for employees, managers, and back-office staff.
I'm looking forward to five in-depth LiveTV sessions and many specific questions from the field of mediation.
