Order processing and data transfer to third countries

We have entered into data processing agreements with the providers of the AI tools to ensure that your personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR. Microsoft Copilot is provided by Microsoft Ireland, which ensures that data processing takes place within the EU and complies with European data protection regulations. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI Ireland, although its servers are located in the United States. As a result, some data processing takes place outside the EU. The transfer of personal data to this service is based on standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Data security and minimization

We ensure that only the personal data necessary for the respective purpose is processed. Technical and organizational measures ensure that your data is protected and that only authorized persons have access to this data.

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for a period of 36 months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
