AI in the Automotive Industry: From Recall Checks to Virtual Apprentices

On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, our joint keynote presentation, “Artificial Intelligence in the Automotive Industry—Fundamentals and Application Examples,” brought the 43rd Upper Austrian Automotive Industry Day to a close. Hans Baldinger from the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) and I demonstrated to more than 250 attendees how generative AI can already provide practical support in car dealerships and repair shops.
