From a form to an end-to-end digital process: enter data in the browser, sign directly on the device, and transfer the data in encrypted form for further processing.
Background
Forms containing personal data should be as easy as possible to fill out and sign. The previous process—which involved printing, scanning, and returning the forms—resulted in media breaks and additional manual work.
Challenge
The solution had to combine ease of use across various devices, direct online signing, and secure transmission of sensitive content. At the same time, the data needed to be available in a structured format for further processing.
The Solution Implemented
The form is made available through a secure online application. The required information is entered directly in the browser. The form is then signed on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The fully completed form is transmitted in encrypted form to the designated follow-up process and can be processed further without the need for manual re-entry.
