In this presentation I will show you how companies can successfully use ChatGPT to optimize their processes, better understand customers and develop innovative products. Concrete application examples will be presented and the advantages that result will be shown. The importance of ChatGPT in the context of AI and digital transformation will also be discussed.
ChatGPT offers companies many opportunities, but also poses risks, particularly with regard to data protection and ethics. This presentation will highlight the biggest challenges in implementing ChatGPT and present possible solutions. It will be shown how companies can minimize the risks and at the same time successfully use the opportunities of ChatGPT.
