Axel Wimmer initially studied mechanical engineering. During his first years as head of a mechanical engineering company, he discovered the great importance of communication and information flows in organizations - and began developing concepts for optimizing organizational processes. As an interim manager, Axel Wimmer uses these concepts to support the development of new organizational structures and restructuring measures.

After completing his Master's degree in "Philosophy, Politics and Economics" in Munich, Axel Wimmer now devotes himself almost exclusively to the topic of "Quality of Cooperation". Since 2014, he has been developing the Systemdrei tool in cooperation with CADAdapt OG Austria.
