With technical control by Ms. Simone Reininger in the background and support by Mr. Hans Baldinger we started this year for the second time the digitization consulting via video conference.

This time, 5 participants from the retail, aviation services and general services sectors benefited from new insights and ideas in the area of digitalization of their processes, analysis of their data and optimization opportunities for online presences in the social media and web sectors.

We received very positive feedback right away on the video conference; spontaneous expressions like "Better than expected" from a long-time marketing professional showed us the success of this event.
