In the early years of my consultancy, working with a diverse team of external developers from around the world - Pakistan, India, the US - was a key part of my success. These international talents brought a wealth of perspectives and expertise to our projects. Their contributions were indispensable in meeting the dynamic needs of our clients and developing innovative solutions.

However, a remarkable change began in the middle of last year. I decided to integrate generative AI into my business model. This decision was inspired by my deep IT experience and my strong focus on AI solutions. The application of generative AI technologies opened up new horizons. It made it possible to optimize processes, increase efficiency and be creative in a way that was not possible before.

Generative AI systems, such as GPT-4 and other advanced models, have fundamentally changed the landscape of software development. They offer the ability to quickly generate high-quality code, design ideas for software architectures and even perform complex data analysis. Their ability to write human-like text also enables the scripting of content for websites and marketing materials.

Integrating generative AI into my business model was a strategic decision based on my extensive experience in more than 30 programming languages and my understanding of SQL and database structures. AI technology allows me to offer my services more efficiently and effectively by reducing manual coding and shortening the time for development. 

Despite the transition to a more AI-centric way of working, I recognize the irreplaceable importance of human creativity and expertise. AI serves as a complement, not a replacement for human genius. It is a tool that enables us to learn faster, innovate and offer solutions that were previously beyond our reach.

In the future, I see a symbiotic relationship between human intelligence and artificial intelligence in management consulting. By combining the best of both worlds, we can tackle our clients' challenges with unparalleled efficiency and creativity.
