My zodiac sign helps me immensely, especially with digitization measures. I have been involved in optimization for as long as I can remember. 25 years of experience as the founder and managing director of an IT company provided the necessary starting knowledge to successfully gain a foothold as a management consultant. Stagnation leads all consultants to the siding sooner or later.
